There is no additional service cost.
You only need to have a device and install the app. Services are available for free.
For smartphone services, however, the data network (4G, LTE) or your smartphone is normally used. This can incur an additional cost for data use or your data can be deducted depending on the amount of use
(cost deducted from communication rates to be paid to the communication service operator).

1. Check if the wall pad power is on.
2. Check if the communication status of your Internet router (wireless AP) is normal.
3. If you have changed your Internet router (wireless AP) or password, please reset the password as follows:
Method 1) Wall pad main screen > Settings > WiFi > Select and connect to the installed wireless router
Method 2) Connect to router by using the Reset WiFi menu at the top of the main screen of the sHome app.

- Convenience: Home device control, convenience services through a link to maintenance office in apartment
- Family Care: Family return notice, entry/exit record check, temporary password issuance, notice.
- Energy Management: Energy consumption check, warning notice in case of excessive energy use, standby power cut-off
