Yes, while abroad, you can use the same services as when you are in Korea.
However, the services are available only when you are in areas with data roaming or WiFi access.

The following conditions must be met:
- Smart Wall Pad: The model name must start with SHP. Please check the wall pad model name designation
   (SHP-HB800, SHP-HB700, SHP-HA502).
- Customer-premise Internet router (Wireless AP): To be connected at all times
- Smartphone App Installation: Download sHome from the app market and sign up.
- Additionally Linked Devices: You need to purchase detectors and gas valves separately.

Touch Management in the Home screen of the Smart Wall Pad > Touch Add Product at the top right > Select Door from IoT devices for installation > Register the door lock within 60 seconds as follows:

With the entrance door open, remove the door lock cover on the interior side of the house > Press the Register button for three seconds > Wait for a “beep” > Enter “0 0” in the door lock touch panel on the exterior side of the house and touch “*.”

The services can be used with up to 8 IDs, such as one ID of the principal user (master) and seven other IDs.
Visitor call service, however, can be used with up to four smartphones.

Login to the app and touch Quick Menu > Settings > My Account > Family Account Management > Invite Family and follow the instructions.

Menu > Settings > My Account > Sign-out

※ When signing out, all data and products registered including member information and long-term storage records are deleted. Please make sure to sign out only when necessary.

When your smartphone number is changed, you must update your information with the new number.
If you continue using the previous number without updating information, you cannot login to the app for a certain period of time.
